Situation:
A small yet meticulously inspired and stunning seafood restaurant placed in an affluent yet non-destination food city. Had a small yet loyal following and was serving nearly at capacity on weekends but doing a lackluster business during the week. This restaurant needed to increase mid-week sales in order to break-even.
Solution:
Created a local and market presence where there was previously none. Brought in many new local customers and increased mid-week sales 4 fold.
